An Epic Education (1)An Epic Education!

This week we are joined by Jason Jenkins from ‘Epic Education Radio’ who is currently living with his family in Spain after lots of travel throughout SE Asia. He shares about some of the adventures he’s taken in the last 15 years with his family. From living full-time in Tokyo to a year off while living in Spain, Jason shares about his desire for wanting to get out of the “rat-race” and move to a place where you could be pushed out of your comfort zone!

Coming from a background of teaching, he talks about how they use combo of  travel and technology as teachers. They’ve tried it all, from “traditional” homeschooling to UnSchooling to having the kids put in a local school in Spain. Through it all their main goal is for the kids to become resourceful. Not necessarily know all the answers but know how to find them. What a great concept! :)
Something tells me after the year is up in Spain this family will be onto to another equally epic adventure!
